Neches FCU Online Banking and Mobile App services are back up and running. Once again, words cannot express how much we love our members and thank you all for your patience.

A major system upgrade took place over the weekend to provide a better experience with the technology used to support our members. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused during this time. We are extending our call center hours to 8pm today to better serve our members and ensure that we have friendly support to answer all questions. 

Through our commitment to listen to and serve the needs of our members, this technology upgrade brings the most requested features for digital banking:

• Members will now only need one login to view an entire relationship with the credit union for a more efficient and convenient experience. 
• There is no longer a need to remember multiple usernames and passwords for multiple different accounts.
• Members may rename, change the order, or hide any accounts in the ‘Settings’ portion of Online/Mobile banking through a web browser.
