A. Yes, each Neches cardholder will need to register to access this website going forward.
A. Account auto-pay functionality and current cardholder elections will migrate from GoToMyCard to eZCard at conversion. However, cardholders will not see those reflected in the new cardholder site, eZCard. It is important to note, if you establish a new auto-payment within eZCard, it will create a duplicate auto-payment situation. A payment will be pulled as a result of the previous settings and another will be pulled as a result of the request made in eZCard. If you wish to manage your auto pay elections going forward in eZCard, please contact the Neches FCU Loan Department.
A. No alert settings will not be migrated. Upon registering for eZCard cardholders will need to reestablish the alerts. They will have the same options as they did previously with GTMC.

A. Yes, you will be able to see the prior 18 months of transaction history online. 12 months of PDF statements will become available within 2 weeks of the conversion.
