Our technology upgrade brings one of the most requested features that our members ask for. Members will only need one login to view all their Neches accounts. The login will follow the primary account owner for each account, meaning no more having to remember multiple usernames and passwords for each account that you have at Neches.
My main account ended up at the bottom of all my accounts, how can I fix this?
If you are in the Neches home banking in a browser, click “More,” the gear icon then “Account Preferences.” You can drag and drop your accounts to the order that you would like to view them in.
If you are on the Neches online banking, click on the “Settings” gear on the top of the panel, select the account you would like to move then drag it into the order you would like to see it in. Note: This works best from a computer instead of the browser on your cell phone.
Telephone Teller/Audio Response System (409-729-CALL) During our system upgrade, our audio response system was upgraded! This system is now live and ready to use. As part of the upgrade to the audio response system, members will have a new log in to check their banking information. To set up your new login for the audio response system, follow the prompts. You will then be prompted to set up a 6-digit pin.

Neches staff started the background work for this system upgrade over a year ago. While this system upgrade will mostly impact our back end systems and processes, we've been working hard to ensure a seamless transition for our members.
