A. Neches is doing this upgrade to provide you with better benefits, better fraud protection, better card servicing, and an overall better member experience. Some of the key features of your new card will include a new card design, contactless payment feature, new online and mobile banking, increased fraud prevention and security, and new enchancements to business credit cards.
A. No. All credit card holders will receive a new VISA credit card with a new number.
A. All Mastercard's will be converted to VISA during this upgrade.
A. Members will begin receiving their new Neches Credit Card beginning in September.
A. Hold on to your new card. You will continue using your current Neches Credit Card until October 12, 2024. You will activate your NEW credit card on October 13, 2024.
A. On October 13, 2024, you can call the number on the sticker of the card from the primary phone number on your account to activate your new card.
A. Yes. All balances from your old card will transfer to the new card upon GO LIVE date on October 14, 2024.
A. Good News! All the benefits you love from uChoose Rewards will remain the same for eligible cards.
A. Yes. To receive points, all card must be re-registered.
A. Some statement cycles will be changing.
