We are happy to announce the opening of our new Neches Go Branch at 4821 North Twin City in Port Arthur (next to Casa Ole’). This state of the art new location is called a ‘Go’ branch because it’s main purpose is to serve our members quickly through use of our three Interactive Teller Machines (ITM).
An ITM is different from and ATM because you are able to speak and do business with a LIVE person. It looks a lot like an ATM but offers additional functionality including the ability to have a one-on-one conversation with your teller via a touch screen monitor.
At the Neches Go ITMs, during standard business hours, you will have the ability to deposit cash or checks, make cash withdrawals, transfer money, pay a loan, or ask account questions. Also, the ITM functions as a full service ATM during hours that the credit union is not open.
